In the wake of my 14 year blog anniversary, I’ve also been hit with one of the biggest episodes of depression I’ve ever experienced. Going to take a bit of time to see if I can hopefully get myself back in shape. This is just a note to let folks know that I’m not gone, but will be on a short hiatus.

Thinking of you Greg! In your own time.
You are valued and appreciated. I am just a virtual fan, but I love your book Falling Felines, and I really enjoy your Twitter feed. Take care of yourself, because you are truly awesome and you make this world a better place!
Be assured that you have a lot of people all across the nation sending you warm thoughts and virtual hugs. It’s been a ridiculously difficult year and a half and it’s important to treat yourself well. Looking forward to daily cat updates and LEGO creations!
Please take care of yourself. We will be here when you are ready.
Best wishes and lots of love and appreciation! Thanks for taking the time to take care of yourself. We PATIENTLY await your renewed spirit. Do take all the time you need.
Depression is no joke. Take care of yourself.
Strenuous exercise is my go-to when I’m down. Best wishes Greg.
I’m sorry Greg, but I’m glad you’re taking time to do what is best for you. I hope it helps, I’ve been there… usually fighting it.
Good decision. Take your time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
A friend of mine described his depression as a thief and a vandal- the thief robs him of his capacity for joy, and the vandal damages his self image.
Beat these badguys!
I go through it as well—still going through it. I know that the darkness can get so thick it turns into a mud pit sucking the life out of you like quicksand. But I have all the confidence in the world that you can get through this.
