A short hiatus

In the wake of my 14 year blog anniversary, I’ve also been hit with one of the biggest episodes of depression I’ve ever experienced. Going to take a bit of time to see if I can hopefully get myself back in shape. This is just a note to let folks know that I’m not gone, but will be on a short hiatus.

A friend of mine described his depression as a thief and a vandal- the thief robs him of his capacity for joy, and the vandal damages his self image.

    Beat these badguys!

  11. I go through it as well—still going through it. I know that the darkness can get so thick it turns into a mud pit sucking the life out of you like quicksand. But I have all the confidence in the world that you can get through this.
